BIOGRAPHY
I have extensive experience helping low-income public school students realize their dream of a college education. My master’s and doctorate focus on how higher education can better support the academic success and college completion of Black and Latinx students. I have experience working at the local, state, national and international levels to create opportunities for first-generation, low-income, and ethnic minority students.. From strategic planning to developing partnerships and fundraising, my focus is always on building an efficient and results-driven relationship.
